I help you
Feel Deeply Empowered
and Consciously Embodied
🌿 Welcome to Embodied Spirit Empowerment
I'm Sylvia Goczol, BSN, RN, NC-BC. (she/they)
Registered Nurse and Trauma-Informed Coach
After a decade in healthcare and a personal journey through trauma and chronic illness, I’ve come to believe that healing begins with remembering who we truly are. Many of us feel fragmented—disconnected from our bodies, our spirits, and our inner wisdom. I’m here to walk beside you as you return to your Self.
✨ My Philosophy
We are all embodied spirits—souls living in human bodies. When trauma, stress, or systemic oppression disconnects us from our wholeness, imbalance and illness often follow. Through holistic coaching, we’ll explore your mind, body, and spirit to create a personalized path toward radical self-love, self-compassion, and conscious embodiment.
This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about remembering your inherent wholeness and reclaiming your light.
